How We Work With You

Throughout this process, communication is key. We assign a dedicated project manager or sales engineer to be your point of contact. They will keep you informed of progress from quote to delivery. If you have questions at any stage, we are just an email or call away. This transparent and responsive approach ensures that your project moves forward smoothly, and any issues are addressed immediately.

Working with us is straightforward and customer-focused. We partner with you at each step – from initial design consultation through production and delivery – to ensure your project’s success. Here is how our typical Request for Quote (RFQ) and production process works:

Request a Quote

You can start by sending us a Request for Quote. Simply provide your part drawings or 3D models, quantity, material, and any special requirements. Our engineering team will review the details promptly. You can reach out via our online contact form, email, or phone to initiate the RFQ process. We often respond with a detailed quote within 24-48 hours, outlining the pricing, lead time, and any questions or suggestions we have.

Design Review & DFM Input

After you submit your RFQ, our engineers will carefully evaluate your design. We check the drawings for manufacturability and make sure we can meet all specifications. If we see any potential issues or opportunities for improvement (for example, a slight design change to simplify fabrication or reduce cost), we will discuss these with you. This Design for Manufacturability (DFM) feedback is part of our service – we want to ensure the parts can be made efficiently without compromising function. You maintain full control over the final design, and we collaborate with you to achieve the quality outcome.

Prototyping (if needed)

For new designs or critical components, we often start with a prototype or a small initial run. We fabricate a sample part or a batch of prototypes for you to test and validate. This step is important in aerospace projects to verify fit and performance before full production. Thanks to our flexible fabrication capabilities (including quick Laser Cutting and rapid Fabrication setups), we can produce prototypes with short turnaround times. We’ll work closely with you to incorporate any feedback from testing into the final design.

Production & Quality Control

Once the design is finalized and approved, we move into full production. Our team will plan and execute the fabrication processes (cutting, bending, welding, finishing, etc.) according to the project timeline. Throughout production, we enforce strict quality control. In-process inspections are done at each stage, and a final inspection is completed on all parts to ensure they meet the drawing and the required tolerances. We follow the procedures of our quality system diligently during production, so you can be confident in the consistency of every batch.

Packaging & Delivery

After passing quality checks, your parts are carefully packaged for safe transport. We understand that aerospace parts may be sensitive or high-value, so we use appropriate protective packaging (anti-static bags, foam, custom crates as needed) to prevent any damage. We then ship the parts to you by your preferred method. We are experienced in international shipping documentation and customs for exports from China. We keep you updated throughout the process, and after delivery, we remain available for any support or additional needs.
